take 6 or ten deboned mallards cut meat into small chunks, brown in olive oil.add one large chopped onion, two large cans diced green chilies. salt,black pepper, garlic powder, sweet basil, chile powder, dried hot pepers for heat and simmer for two hrs. serve over white rice with garlic hot sauce. makes several servings
