Small Stream trout - Flooding?

After driving over a few smaller streams with the water up high, brown, and raging, I got to thinking about the trout. :shocked:

I would guess they just hunker down near the bank? :shrug:

I'm thinking of the streams that are <10 feet wide and 2 feet avg. depth in early summer as an example.

Also, does/will this water year effect the next group of juveniles?
