halibut strips

cut halibut fillet into 1" strips. in a plastic bag put salt, pepper, galic powder, sweet basil, oregono to taste, then add instant mashed potato powder, shake it up. then place fish into mix and rub in through bag. in a large skillet preheat a good olive oil. about 1/4" deep. add breaded fish and brown both sides. cook it hot and fast. very good served immediatly.
