Whole Corn tortillas - deep fried until crisp
Wick Fowlers 2 alarm chili - follow directions (my favorite chili mix)/ any all meat chili will work.
Shredded cabbage
Pimento cheese spread
Jalepenos
Layout 2 deep fried corn tortillas - spread chili on one tortilla and then sprinkle with ample supply of shredded cabbage - spread pimento cheese on other tortilla - place them together like a sandwich - bite the tip off the jalepenos pepper and sprinkle the juice on the "Chihuahua".
This sandwich was invented by a kid working at a drive in theater 60 to 70 years ago. His name is Skeet Noret. The theater survives today because of this special sandwich.
You've got to give this a chance - You're going to be blown away with how the flavors blend! And yes,it's going to be a little messy. Another tip, you're going to be tempted to add salsa's, sour cream, or guacamole, since you're in the North West. DON'T DO IT! You can't add to perfection! Enjoy and P.M. me when you try it. Enjoy!
