My wife gave me a limit of how much I could spend on her this Christmas so, like the idiot that I am, I stuck to it (pretty close).
I open my presents today and here is a Lowrance LMS-337c DF color finder with GPS and blue charts- I didn't even ask for it- she has just watched me switch my graph back and forth from front to console in frustration so many times. I ask her what happened to the "limit" and she said that me having a limit on how much I can spend on her is how we afforded this. Speechless and all chocked up.
As if that weren't enough, she pulls out a couple of Huddleston's for my swimbait arsenal to top it off with.
I will make this up to her somehow. Hope everyone is having a Merry Christmas.
