Water Ready

Not sure if any have had this very special Pie, but I just had it for desert tonight.
No Ice cream necessary, and delightful to the taste.
Here is the Recipe, and if sliced into the correct perportions, can accomodate, at least ten people.
Apple Pie---
2 gallons of Apple cider, or juice
2 cinammon sticks
2 tablespoons of Honey
1 pint of 190 proof everclear
1 fifth of whiskey
Put the Apple juice, cinammon sticks in a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the honey and stir in. Careful not to get burnt.
Turn off the burner, and let stand 30 mins.
Pour in the everclear and the whiskey, and stir.
Some say to let stand over night, and serve cold, but we found in a brandy sniffer much better when warm.
Very nice as desert, but can also be served while playing cards, or while skydiving.
Merry Christmas
